GtaScape does not accept responsibility for people under the legal age limit of the game playing in our server. This is the parents responsibility and they should abide by it. We do encourage that people playing on our server are/over the legal limit for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Breaking of any of the rules that are stated in-game with the command '/rules', will result in immediate punishment of your account, if you fail to follow the rules after punishment, you may be permanently banned from the server and the forums. You are also required to read each of these rules when it'ss your first time playing in the server or using our forums, as we don't like banning people as much as you don't like being banned. So please, stay smart and read/follow the rules. GtaScape maintains that any information registered to your in-game or forum account such as your email, is kept completely private and we will not release the information under any circumstances, this also counts for your IP address, we will never give it out to anyone. Please Note: Administrators of GtaScape will NEVER ask for your password. If they DO ask for it, you are encouraged to report them immediatly. GtaScape does not accept responsibility for stolen/shared accounts, if your account is hacked, then you should be able to retrieve it with your email. If you have been sharing your account, then it is your own fault for letting someone else use it and we accept no responsibility for that matter. Please note that although we allow player account sharing, any admin account sharing will result in an instant ban and a further look into the matter, both the sharer and the person using the account will be investigated seriously and will most likely not be welcomed back into the server or forums at any given time. Please note that if you abuse bugs in GtaScape then you may be banned, bug abusing is an official offense. We consider anything that is bugged and can be exploited to give you an unfair advantage in any way abusing. GtaScape does not hold any responsibility for the content displayed in users signatures. This is completely up to them what they display, although we do not allow porn or links to illegal download or malicious sites. We try to monitor this as much as possible in order to keep the forum as clean as possible. GtaScape does not take accountability for any of the website hyperlinks displayed on the official forums. GtaScape is not responsible for any of the behaviour shown by other players in-game, although we moderate this most of all, its sometimes impossible for us to catch any extremely unsuitable behaviour, if you do see someone exibiting bad behaviour or breaking the server rules, you need to immediatly use the in-game report function to report the player to administrators. Failure to report players for any offense may result in punishment to your account.
